Midwife this morning and it went fine. After the debacle last time when I was waiting for an hour and got myself all stressed and then the stand in lady was horrid, all was back to normal today including my BP. Excitingly the baby has started to engage. It is 4/5's engaged which confusingly means that 1/5 (of the head) is in my pelvis and 4/5's are still free. Still, its heading in the right direction.
I shold really pack my hospital bag I suppose...ho hum.

glad to hear. it. And in the words of my lovely midwife. "Get on your knees and rock that baby into position". And when you get to 39-40+14 weeks, "Lots of sex. Lots......."
good luck sunshine xx
The whole engaging thing made me feel like a mother ship about to jettison one of its pods. Maybe I've seen Star Wars too many times.
Good luck and get packing x
I too have just come back from the midwife (I was meant to see her last week at 30 weeks but she got called to a homebirth) and OH THE SHAME she tested my wee and asked me if I'd eaten anything sugary. I had eaten a bar of Fruit n Nut. I told her but I didn't tell her, um, it was like, the biggest bar of Fruit n Nut you can buy (well they are 99p at the mo in our corner shop.) And now my wee has been sent away to be tested further. SHAME. I didn't even eat the whole bloody bar (I ate most of it though.)
